San Antonio Career Coach Earns Industry's
Leading Credential
SAN ANTONIO, July 12, 2006 – Donna McIlveen, Vice President of Client
Services for Venturion, has been awarded certification as a Career
Management Practitioner (CMP), an advanced credential certifying the top
tier of professionals in the career management industry.
Awarded by the Institute of Career Certification International, the CMP
designation certifies expert skills in career management and job search for
clients in diverse careers and at varying levels including the executive
rank. The certification recognizes expertise in 20 competency areas related
to the field of career management. ICC International offers the only
non-profit international independent board certification for career
management professionals.
Of the approximately 266 career professionals recognized by ICC
International, only two are located in San Antonio, both employed by
Venturion.
Ms. McIlveen, a graduate of Texas A&M University, is also a Registered
Career Consultant (RCC) and is certified as a Coach Facilitator by Corporate
Coach U. In addition, Donna has been recognized twice by the International
Association of Career Consulting Firms for excellence in client
satisfaction.
