Venturion VP Receives Award for Excellence in Client Satisfaction

SAN ANTONIO, TX—OCT. 28, 2005—Venturion, a career consulting firm affiliated with global career consultancy OI Partners, today announced that Donna McIlveen, vice president of client services, received The Jim Johnson Award for excellence in client satisfaction for the second consecutive year.

The International Association of Career Consulting Firms award is the organization’s highest award for achievement as a career consultant. It is given to individuals who consistently achieve client satisfaction, measured by job search results that meet clients’ expectations in areas including personal and professional growth potential, company environment and culture, geographic location, day-to-day job satisfaction and compensation reflective of market value. Candidates are nominated by their peers.

“I am extremely honored to receive this recognition from my peers in the industry, especially because this award is based on client satisfaction. It is a wonderful affirmation of the coaching and support I'm able to deliver to clients who are in challenging career transitions,” said McIlveen.

The International Association of Career Consulting Firms is a formal association of member firms located nationwide that provide corporate outplacement and individual career transition services. The award’s namesake, Jim Johnson, is a retired career professional and a founding member of the IACCF.
