San Antonio Career Coach Receives National Recognition

SAN ANTONIO, September 11, 2004 – Donna McIlveen, Vice-President of Client Services for Venturion, was the recipient of the Jim Johnson Award given by the International Association of Career Consulting Firms (IACCF) in its September national meeting in New Orleans. The award is the highest award given by the Association honoring the nation’s top career consultant.

Ms. McIlveen seemed surprised to receive the award, but it was no surprise to those who work with her. “No one who knows Donna’s work is surprised at this,” said Don Huse, Venturion’s President and CEO, “the hundreds of executives, professionals, and managers she has assisted in achieving their career goals certainly will not be surprised. Donna’s success with her clients, respect from her peers, and contribution to the career management industry are worthy of this honor.”

Ms. McIlveen was also recognized for her work on the Job Search Strategy Guide, a resource made available to job seekers through the IACCF.
